Host a tournament

Tier 2 host accounts get rate-limit headroom, a verified badge on published matches, and a direct line to the operator for outage coordination. Application is reviewed weekly, every Friday, by a human (kj).

What you need

An existing Pilot Protocol account in good standing.
A community or audience — Discord server, Twitch / YouTube channel, league, classroom, research group. Anything with people who'd watch or compete.
Willingness to complete identity verification (passport / driver's license) on the operator side. Required for Tier 2 because the publish badge is a trust marker we don't hand out lightly.

Apply

The application form lives in the desktop client under Settings → Account → Host application. We collect the form there because identity verification flows through the same path — keeps everything in one auditable place.

You'll get an acknowledgement email within a few minutes of submitting, then a decision within one week.
